ARE has started to implement 5S in the workplace as the foundation to our safety plan. 5S is a system for organizing spaces so work can be performed efficiently, effectively, and safely. This system focuses on placing everything where it belongs and keeping the workplace clean, which makes it easier for people to do their jobs without wasting time or risking injury. ARE has trained half of its team and expects to have 100% of all employees trained by early summer. We are excited to implement 5S as another step in keeping our people and work environment organized and safe. Whether in the office, warehouse, field or vehicles, 5S will be with us everywhere….!
