Job Title:  Inside Sales: UAS Client Solutions

Position Type:  Full-Time, Hampton, New Hampshire

Reports To:  Rhoda Deng, Project Management Supervisor, UAS Client Solutions

The Inside Sales position will support business development activities, new client relationships, event attendance and assist with day to day administrative functions within the UAS Client Solutions Team and targeted Market Verticals.

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Provide daily outbound calls and e-mails to solicit UAS new opportunities in the Northeast Market and select national marketing campaigns;
  • Support outside sales team to help maximize time generating new opportunities
  • Utilize ZoomInfo, or equivalent, as a prospecting tool for targeted clients and provide the first-person contact through pre-qualification stage;
  • Pre-qualify inbound leads: Website, Marketing Campaigns, Webinars, etc.
  • Prepare quotes and customer proposals, technical submittal, RFP’s
  • Provide support to existing customers and opportunities
  • Enter customer information into CRM System
  • Assist with local and national tradeshows or industry events
  • Support customer meetings and webinars as required

Requirements:

  • Must have legal status to work in the U.S.
  • Potential for travel 10% of the time
  • Must work from our Hampton, NH office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Degree or above
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, same industry preferred
  • Familiar with CRM (Salesforce)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Familiar with GIS, Survey and Drones
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
