Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

The inside sales representative will support business development activities, new client relationships and assist with day to day administrative functions within the UAS space.   Responsibilities may include:

  • Building customer proposals and technical submittals
  • Proving e-mail and telephone follow-up to potential customers
  • Providing inside application support to existing customers
  • Entering customer information into CRM (Customer Relation Management) Software System
  • Coordinating and attending local and national trade shows, industry events and client meetings
  • Support customer meetings with EVP and Dir., UAV Business Development
  • Support marketing coordinator and Dir., UAV Bus. Development with
  • Supporting Webinars and sales/marketing collateral
  • Basic accounting support (Quotes and Invoices)

The Inside Sales Representative Position will report to the Dir. of UAV Business Development to help drive sales within the above market verticals. The position will also support the EVP on inside sales activities to help promote our Rail Engineering and Inspection Services as required.  The position will require 10 to 15% travel to UAV job sites, industry events, customer meetings, CA Office, etc.

Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in engineering, CAD or GIS is helpful

Preferred Skills and Capabilities:

  • Technical or Marketing background
  • The preferred candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with UAS (drone)
  • An interest in pursuing outside sales
